I tried something different this holiday. The day before, I marinated the ribs and chicken before going on the smoker. Also grilled salmon for the first time. I’m not a fan of fish but my son loves it, so I did it for him along with corn on the cob, baked beans, hamburgers and hot dogs. Potato salad is not pictured.

Marinated in a dry rub
